I had an exam today and I was having a massive anxiety attack in the middle of the night,bring awoken even though I was listening to another sleep frequency. 37. if you are extremely creative and consider yourself an artist, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually, and you can be very mutable. be careful, i highly suggest sleeping to the pure frequency instead of waves. the extra noises and constant pulsation led me to have a scarring nightmare. will try again, just not anytime soon.
