Mindfulness is the practice of maintaining a moment-to-moment non-judgemental state of elevated or total consciousness of one’s feelings, emotions, or experiences.
Being mindful can help relieve stress, treat heart disease, decrease blood pressure, decrease chronic pain, improve sleep, and reduce gastrointestinal problems. Mindfulness also increases mental health.

  1. I think I'm going to have to start doing unguided meditation. Maybe it's just me, but there's too much talking. I feel like it distracts from my meditation more than enhances since I rarely, if at all, get a full moment to focus on breathing without also interpreting words being said. Lovely words tho and I dig the vibe. After it was over I kept going til I was satisfied, now I feel incredible. Like something rapturously healing has awoken inside of me <3.

    Namasté ??☮️?✊?

  3. Many thanks! I enjoy experiencing mindfulness because it allows me to concentrate on tasks and be accepting of myself. I can feel the love coming and nature flowing through me. ??

  4. Rib cage doesn’t expand, lungs do. And how can one feel the touch of skin against one’s bones?! It’s a kind suggestion to please correct these, and also the placement of ad right after the meditation gets over. Otherwise, good meditation. Namaste!

  5. I love your meditations but this one was really magnificent! I usually really struggle to be present and thoughtless for prolonged periods, but this meditation really helped me to achieve truly being in the now. Thank you!
