I lost a friend to cancer in March, I was having a hard time to cope with it, so one day I decided to meditate and I put this music on and I felt like I was on another spiritual journey with them and like I was almost actually with them! In reality we are here to control ourselves, he gave us our emotions to control them
Anger is a sin and many of us wonder why did god give us this emotion if its a sin.
Control your emotions, dont keep stupid grudges, Live a peacfull life and do good things and im sure god will love you even more, even though he loves all of us a lot.
