This is the first time I start meditation, and it is magical that I thought I have experienced for at least 10 minutes but it is just 5 minutes. I never believed the effect of meditation before but this time, honestly speaking, I think it works somehow. I feel that my body becomes lighter and the same with breath. It feels like my energy coming back a little, not that much but it save me from the anxiety and tired brain. Thanks a lot.

it’s real good i suffer from anxiety and other illnesses and it’s helped but i didn’t like the noise at the end lol it made me jump

I loved this but everytime she said "focus on your body" all I could think is TRIGGERED
When I heard that ring at the end of the bio instantly felt a new me and a new view point it felt weird
Have been struggling wiht my eyesight last fre month, extremmer dryness and blurriness, went to all the specialists they said it was okm finally linked it to stress and anxiety and let's just say 5 minutes of this released the tension and can defining let see better. Brilliant.
