  2. This is the first time I start meditation, and it is magical that I thought I have experienced for at least 10 minutes but it is just 5 minutes. I never believed the effect of meditation before but this time, honestly speaking, I think it works somehow. I feel that my body becomes lighter and the same with breath. It feels like my energy coming back a little, not that much but it save me from the anxiety and tired brain. Thanks a lot.

  3. Have been struggling wiht my eyesight last fre month, extremmer dryness and blurriness, went to all the specialists they said it was okm finally linked it to stress and anxiety and let's just say 5 minutes of this released the tension and can defining let see better. Brilliant.

  4. Listen to your breathing…….

All I hear is my partner snoring. Quite rhythmic though so I guess I’ll tune in to their breathing instead. <sigh>
