Crock Pot Peanut Butter Pork Loin
What you need:
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 limes, sliced into wedges
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine pork, bell peppers, garlic, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8 to 9 hours on low. When ready, remove pork from the pot and whisk in peanut butter with the juices. Return meat to the slow cooker and cook for 10 minutes more. Place pork loin on a serving plate and top with green onions and roasted peanuts. Garnish with lime wedges.
Slow Cooked Cream Corn
What you need:
- 1 1/4 packages frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together corn, cream cheese, butter, milk and sugar in a crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low or 2 to 4 hours on high. Serve immediately.
Crock Pot Creamy Turkey and Potatoes
What you need:
- 3 large turkey legs
- 2 potatoes, sliced into chunks
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups long grain white rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 pinch seasoned meat tenderizer
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, stir together chicken and mushroom soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper until smooth. Place turkey legs in a slow cooker and pour mushroom soup mixture over the meat.Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. When ready, add the potatoes to the pot and season with meat tenderizer, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Cook for 2 more hours on high, stirring occasionally. Remove turkey from the pot and slice meat off the bones. Return the meat to the slow cooker, stir and cook for 1 hour more. Serve warm over cooked rice.
