  1. Very nice! I prefer your voice over the Honest Guys (just my personal preference!) and this was easy to follow along, I also appreciated the nice talk-free segment about 1/3rd of the way in, helped me to zone into the meditation without worrying about the next instruction to pull me away.

  2. Throughout this 10 minute video I felt like I was falling almost. Seemed like I got dizzy or something like that, but I was able to prevent that feeling from happening by taking a deep breath before it started to get worse. Anyone else experience something like this?

  3. I think it must take practice because my mind is still racing. Raced throughout the entire meditation. I am going to keep working on it though
    I am supposed to be taking mindfulness classes and other therapies for PTSD.

  5. I’m a 11 year old boy I meditate every night and I love it it’s amazing it makes me feel happy I imagine I’m soaring thru the cosmos as a Jedi and I imagine I’m in the nba and I’m always dunking I love

  6. These are really helpful, it can be difficult sometimes to focus when you're "by yourself" so to speak, these videos are really helpful and just the right length for me, lovely work ,thank you!

  7. These meditations are really good. I love the voice and the guidance.
    Unfortunately, I'm so stressed all the time that I can't keep a straight back and stop spontaneous body movement even for a few seconds. So I prefer dynamic exercises. But these soothing meditations are also great. I hope someday I'll manage to spend at least 10 minutes of my day sitting still and relaxed.

    But i wish the ambient sound had gone one after thw guided part stopped for as long as the guided.part.the guide.helps me get into a good relaxed state.bit qhen i get there and feel great its over too soon

  9. I had never beleived in meditation really until some really dark times hit and i felt like my anxieties had no solution and endless panic would ensue, but after i watched this video it had me to tears how crazy relieved i was, with meditation at my side now im not scared anymore <3

  10. Enjoyed this. But your voice was almost too calm. It seemed noticeable that the narrator was trying to be calm. Almost to the point of distraction. Let it happen. Great meditation though. Thank you.
