Guided Meditation | Ajahn Brahm | 9 May 2020 | Video

Ajahn describes how our mind becomes peaceful during meditation, starting from the sense of your body disappearing, to delightful breath and to experiencing a bright light in your mind (Nimitta). Ajahn also reminds us that peace is not something we do but rather something that happens as we let go. 1. Thank you Ajahn Brahm. I listen to your joyous and knowledgeable talks frequently. I'm currently on the initial phases of meditation . I really enjoyed this session. During meditation I reached a state , where for sometime , I did lose awareness of the senses. It was so peaceful. Thank you again for helping the world esp in this challenging times of Pandemic.
