  1. I struggle to fall asleep without stuff like this every single night. I know baby is safe and just a wall apart from me. I know im safe ect but my head .. doesn't shut up. Lol grrr xx

  2. I've been following you for years. One of the best meditations at this moment. Many of us have heavy hearts prior to sleep which is why we never truly rest. Humanity is in hybratnation in a sense, we should this opportunity for prayer, reflection and meditation. Insha Allah ,masha Allah ?? Thank you ?

    I am a teacher of Abraham and these days especially I have stayed away from the news. I just decided to check in with CNN about a possible curfew here in miami and I was bombarded with fearful messages. I shut off the T V and looked at fashion magazines and called a friend to laugh with . I feel asleep in a peaceful mood.
    At 5:30 am I woke in a super anxious state. I found this meditation and it put me back in a peaceful state.. How can I thank u for all your goodness… I really appreciate it.

  8. Thanks you so much. I struggle with anxiety and depression and I’ve been in a rough place lately. Suicidal thoughts every night, medication not quite working, and just the stress of everything. I’m only twelve, so I’m told I’m overreacting and being dramatic by even my own family. This helped me so much and continues to help me as all your meditations do. Ilysm

The words always right on point “Infinite Stream of Cleansing” “ The pool of healing energy”. I just take deep slow breaths and reeelllax. Thank you so much.   11. Note to creator: Thinking about struggles and problems is probably why most people are awake at night, and this video is supposed to help people forget about them, so maybe it would be best to just not mention them at all at the start of the video.
