6:28–6:48=20 seconds. There are 60 seconds in one minute. Multiply the number of breaths by 3, not 2. I counted 9 breaths in 20 seconds. Therefore I have 27 breaths per minute
Deepak,,,im hacked and am dysallowed to participate timely,,,but have thoroughly enjoyed catching up thank you so much,,,hard to sleep when i'm broken in the middle = upper L trochanter fracture that wasn't fix right away in surgery and i suffer so while the arrogants of my doctors prevails over choosing to ditch me like this,,,leaving no other choice with this amount of agony to say no to the hydrocodone. My 1st husband died on an opioid overdose im trying not to go down that same path,,,because sometimes it hurts so bad i just want to take the whole bottle but your meditations bring me enough relief to stave that awful road to hell for the present,,,and i try to stay in the present with you.
