Great Tutorial! And LOL at 4:05 XD.
My last piece of advice is to try and use the Gens emulator because when I try and play my hack after using the Title Card Editor on the Kega Fusion Emulator, it doesn't work.
NOW What do I do? When I play the ROM, the title cards are exactly the same as the originals!!! I replace one, save it, go into the next one and save it and STILL nothing is affected!
Ok. Cause one reason why it would say 'Runtime error 53: File not found' is because you can only use letters.
I'm giving them names like:
Dream Jungle (ANGEL ISLAND)
Dank Sewers (HYDROCITY)
So, pretty much all 2 worded names
After you open Sonic 3 alone Rom, open title card editor and just type anything in (as long as its just letters). Save then, while still keeping the Sonic 3 title card editor open, open the Sonic 3 & Knuckles hack you want to work on and it should work from there. BTW what names are you giving your levels?

That's the problem. You'll need to download a Sonic 3 alone Rom in order for this to work. I recommend downloading the European version of Sonic 3, cause that's what I used.
I opened the normal S3&K ROM. I don't think I have a S3 ROM…
Did you open Sonic 3 alone first then save? Cause that's what you need to do before you open the Sonic 3 & Knuckles hack you want to do.
