Sebaceous cyst is a lump either on top of or just underneath the scalp. The reason for this condition is blockage of the sebaceous gland. Medical treatment is usually prescribed.
Damaged cuticles, or tangled hair, is generally characterized by roughened and broken cuticle scales, what makes hair look dull and lifeless. Though these diseases can be unsightly, they are not catching and, therefore, can be treated safely with no risk for surrounding people.
