  1. i tried one of the pro meditation ones and i swear i lost feeling in my limbs for a few seconds. The sensation was so great i started smiling to myself and then i started moving my fingers and regained feeling of my arms and legs

  3. Why is it so difficult for me to let go of controlling my breath? I get anxious thoughts like: “I’m not doing it right, I’m controlling my breath.” I can’t seem to let go of it. It frustrates me. Damn this fking anxiety disorder.
