  1. First ever meditation practice I ever did.. never thought meditation was for me.. but quarantined with so much time so jumped right into it.
    A tip for beginners : its alright for thoughts to deviate…gently being them back to focus on the kriya…slowly this will become less often…

    How I felt…
    1. Tears were rolling down my cheeks after 8 minutes into the meditation.
    2. Sat for 20 minutes and didn't want to get up..
    3. Intrinsically started chanting Aum for a good 10 minutes and finally got up after 40 minutes from when I sat…

    Refeshed, energized and definitely felt the power of this technique. Very very intriguing! Let's see where it takes me…

  2. ? Today I did Isha Kriya after a long time.. I wanted to explore tools offered from Isha Foundation after doing Isha Kriya

    Within one week Isha Kriya made many changes in my behaviour and habits

    After few months I did Inner Engineering and Angamardana.. Every thing offered by Isha Foundation is so beautiful that I thank God for letting me experience and live my life implementing these tools .

  4. I’m just started to practice and I can’t utter the sound “Aaa “long enough as the instructions.Have any technic to guide to utter sound as that long? Thank you very much.

    I have been doing kriya since last 1 week and my body starts to itch badly at certain places while during the kriya which distracts me.
    What can i do to stop/avoid it?

  6. This is really a powerful meditation. When you chant Aummmm, my eyes were closed but I have seen eyes of lord Ganesha & Face of Ganesha. Thank you Sadguru. I am feeling very peaceful. Thank you. Today 1st time I watched this video. Shiv Shamboo.
