This is a 20 minute “how to” or introduction to guided mindfulness meditation. This meditation uses the mindful technique of focusing awareness to sensations of the breath.

This is an ancient practice with very modern, real world results which have been scientifically proven. Daily meditation such as this can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and general stress.

Modern therapies, such as cognitive based behavioural therapies (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapies (ACT), suggest integrating mindfulness as part of an overall approach to improved mind and body health.

Popular authors such as Eckhart Tolle have also brought awareness to the practice of being present in the now, which can help alleviate the burdens of the overly active thinking mind.

This session is suitable for repeated listening, and regular meditation is suggested as often as you wish.

  5. At the begining you talk of syptoms of anxiety and the likes… Those in themselves are symptoms of a deeper problem . Like living in the future or in the past. Having underlying emotions at the root cause. At least that's how i understand it.

  6. Usually I need music to relax, even for meditations. I have a hard time dealing with uninterrupted thinking. I meditate frequently for 3 months and it slowly becomes better. I found this one really relaxing, I also could concentrate on my breath more. Thank you for your content.

  7. Thank you so much, so helpful – I deal with psychic attacks and find it difficult to be around people and live with them. I feel energies of others and their thoughts sometimes when they don’t like me and hate – I feel it even when I’m alone. This helps me to protect my energy and ground myself again. ☮️

  12. This is a great guided meditation. It helps me get to this place of relaxation/acceptance. I focus as best I can on my breath, and I feel as if I have a slide show of thoughts moving sometimes slower or faster. But what’s great is almost all of the thoughts I can hardly remember, its like the thought forms in my brain and I accept it but continue to focus on my breath, then the thought leaves and something else may pop up some time after or I may hear a sound but I’m also able to stay grounded with my breath.

    If you haven’t listened yet, I strongly recommend giving it a try!

  13. This is one of my fave. It makes me calm and in the morning I woke up feeling refreshed and not feeling tired.
    I have listened to the other hypnosis video but I don't know why it kinda makes me feel tired in the morning.

  17. Really appreciated the bit about observing your thoughts. Usually when I try to meditate, my mind is going going going and I catch my mind wandering over and over, and then I tell myself to focus on meditating. Acknowledging the wandering helped, rather than feeling guilty about it.

  18. I never realized how much my mind wandered until I did this meditation. I think just having his voice helped me focus more. Very helpful!
