  1. Good video but 1,698,036 views and 450 comments in almost 9 years is not "hugely popular" in today's standards, it's just "popular". Such cheap marketing tricks don't do any favor to the reputation of your product, really.

  2. I translate the subtitiles of this video into traditional chinese.
May I have traditional Chinese subtitles for this film and share with it on web, like Facebook?

One-Moment Meditation: How to Meditate in a Moment

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiC8ktpev30

  3. I'm here because of my Positive Psychology class. I tried it and did much better than I expected with a room full of noises for the first time. I feel positive about it and next time will do it in a quieter place because despite it I did lose concentration many times. I am also ADHD don't know if that has anything to do with it, but overall it was nice.

  4. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you.  I am a middle school teacher and have been using your video in my career education classes for a few years.  (I jokingly say that half of your million views are me since I show it 6 times a day =) This is the video I use at the beginning of each class to teach stress management techniques..  For the first 2 days I show  the whole video but after that I only use the 60 second part from the gong to the gong.  Its an excellent resource and the fact the students tell the other students to hush because its meditation time is a added plus!  Thank you again!

  5. Massive fan of this. I've always been a sceptic to meditation and this was a great way to introduce the practice to my life. There's no excuse for "No Time" with this.

  6. Meditating before studying or writing the thesis helps avoiding procrastination; problem is one will eventually feel resistance to start meditating. Resistance moves from studying to meditation and that's a problem. But I'll keep on making one-moment meditations, so that it can become a habit.

  7. The psychologial and pedagogic approach here is so clear and amazing. Thank you so much for posting this and for your valuable contribution. My own little method: observing a minute of silence. It's also, so to speak, a form of meditation and a communion between people. It's true, it's only used for commemorating tragic events, but why not develop other uses for it?

  8. I am sorry I deleted my prior version before trying to upload the updated version…my iPad 2 does not support the updated version so now I have nothing on my iPad!!!
