  3. I am doing this everyday from last 4/5 days. It is very good no doubt but I sleep in between. Please guide if this is natural. Otherwise please suggest what I need to improve.

  6. Just done doing it and i have to admit, it really made me feel calm inside. However, i noticed that as soon as i sat down and took inhale, i felt like my chest's heavy and my head start to ache. Sure it did gone after a few minutes or so. Is it normal? Sorry for asking.
