Thank you for creating. Beautiful intention. I found this more as a hypnosis not mindfulness. Anytime you ask us to imagine, the your taking us away from being mindful of the present. Really fast speaking as well. Love the music and your ability to keep the same tone. Your tone of voice is hypnotic. It’s a great anchor too. I would suggest, less of telling us what we’re gonna do next and just guide us there when it’s time. I am a fan.

I felt like I was trapped in a dream toward the end, could barely sense my body. (I did put it on .75 playback speed, though). This summer, I want to lie down on a mat in a field (in the morning before it's hot) and listen to this as the wind blows over me and the sun warms my face.
