Advantages And Disadvantages Of Playstation 3

The advancement in game development is at its peak, and game console manufacturers are racing against each other to grab the largest lead in terms of market share, especially this holiday season. My previous articles have discussed the pros and cons of Nintendo Wii, and the strengths and weaknesses of Xbox 360. This article will be showing you the advantages and disadvantages of Playstation, which can help you, decide the best console that will perfectly fit your gaming habit.

Advantages:

PlayStation gained its popularity a decade ago when it released its first console; the PlayStation 1. They were fortunate enough that the competition in that time was not as intense as today, and they were able to build good reputation when it comes to games.

Another advantage of PlayStation is technology. Sony has more 3rd party companies involved in developing PlayStation compared to its competitors. They also have the most advanced console today compared to Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.

Disadvantages:

Sony prefers to produce high-end ones instead of improving the number of their games for Playstation. The number of titles for this console is not as much compared to other competitors, and they are more focused on mind-blowing graphics instead from excellent gameplay. If there is one reason that I wouldn’t buy this product, that would be because they lack the activities that will satisfy my gaming habits.

This concludes my reviews for the top three consoles. I hope that the articles helped you decide the best product for you. When purchasing one, always take into consideration your budget, the price of the console, the features that it offers, and the pros and cons of using the product. These things should help you decide whether a game console is capable of providing full entertainment or not.
