Carlos Ahenekora Resigns After COVID-19 Brouhaha


Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah has this morning, Friday 3rd July, 2020, resigned as the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industries after breaching Covid-19 protocols.

In a letter intercepted anythinggh.com news, The President of Ghana has accepted his resignation and described the act of resignation as “Honourable”

What did He do?
Carlos Ahenkorah, as at the day before his resignation had tested positive for Covid-19.

The act which took a spike on social media later saw the Minister and MP for Tema West Constituency visit a registration center in his constituency.

The general public and social media people joined the uproar suggesting that his act rather endangered innocent peoples lives.
