Marriage is the union of man and woman in the eyes of God. But why does a married man or woman cheats?
Both men and women discover different things about themselves once they get married. During courtship, only appropriate behaviors and good traits are evident. But once the couple entered marriage, the real attitudes surfaced. For example, if a guy who seemed open-minded when you met during courtship, suddenly seems strange after staying together for a few days. That would come as a shock, not as a surprise.
When infidelity occurs, the betrayed spouse feels alone and lonely, but it is essential to keep in mind that there are many people who have experienced the same problem and have felt the same way. However, this only offers a little consolation when one first learns about his or her spouse’s affair, but over time, it can take the sting out of feeling.
It is important to reflect first and not to be too quick to tell friends and family about the problem of infidelity. You might settle the problem among yourselves. But if everyone in one’s family knows the situation, most likely they won’t support the idea of staying in the marriage.
While emotional support is absolutely necessary during this time, it’s important to talk to friends or family who are less judgmental and will most likely support the marriage. Those people who know that no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes and as long as the unfaithful spouse takes responsibility to change, marriage can still be mended.
When there has been infidelity, people just don’t forget about it. In fact, they don’t ever forget it. Although people don’t forget betrayal or affairs, forgiveness is still necessary because there would be no more intimacy when there are grudges. A wall separating people is hard to break. But when betrayed spouses allow themselves to forgive, life lightens up.Love begins to flow again. Letting go of the past begins to make a room for happiness in the present.
In today’s modern world, women with a fickle sense of self-esteem can seek evidence of their worth in the romantic advances of other men. The constant need to feel desired by another person proves their insecurity. They value much the attention of the opposite sex.
However, if you want to keep your partner, never stop improving yourself. Love can be nurtured.The interplay between masculine and feminine energy never stops. No matter how stable your relationship is, never get complacent. Because no matter how good you are, there’s always a guy out there who’s better. And if you can’t give your family the sense of well-being, she could easily find a replacement before you have time to blink.
Just because humans are promiscuous in nature doesn’t mean that love doesn’t exist anymore. Remaining faithful is still a must nowadays no matter what your status is – either you are still together with your partner or not.
