  3. This guy seems legit. I had an anxiety attack that lasted 2 days until i tried the self-hypnosis on anxiety. I slept like a baby. At first my anxiety was drowning out his words but suddenly I woke up the next day – I had such a good sleep and my anxiety was the gone. I'd tell everyone to stay with it even though the anxiety seems to have the upper hand…'ll probably work for u if u stick with it.
