  1. Im a minor so I am still living with my parents, but I have been using your channel as inspiration for me for many years as I try to get past some trauma. I do yoga 1-2 times a day and i try to meditate as often as possible. I am working on going vegan, and I have been vegetarian for a few years. Going vegan is difficult for me because we are low income and the only stores around are fast food places, 7/11’s, and other junk food joints. We dont have many grocery stores and the ones that are here are small and expensive. But I am trying 🙂
