  1. i listen a lot to you and one thing i have come across i hear you talk about relations
    that i/we dont need a relationship a partner, etc.

    how far back are you willing to ground that statement as authentic. a week a month maybe a year or a thousand or 2 thousand even,. Or maybe we should take it all the way back to the beginning of civilization the creation of life.

    could most people even and i believe not, have the heart to look at their children in their eyes and say to them '
    I did not need your father or a relationship, and where would we/they be here if at all
    with out needing a relationship

    the word need, would i be right to say i need the sun for without it i know I'm surely to die. so the same law to me applies to human relationships, for without we are surely not to exist.

    so if it was a relationship that brought me into existence than how do i have the right to say i don't need a relationship to exist, because i do its what brought me here, or i wouldn't be. just my thoughts

  3. I really love alle of your meditations for sleep, relaxation and/or anxiety. I just have one request: will you consider the sound level in your videoes? I’m listening to them in headset just before sleep and this video (for example) is simply too ‘loud’ even at my phones lowest sound level. The “calm sleep” and “blissfull sleep” are perfect ?? I find many of them too high in Sound level for me to relax, which is too bad ❤️

    it makes no difference if its a relationship with a partner or a government

    here is a link and the symptoms are exactly the same

    a major complete transformation of who we are, a capitulation of freedom and democracy to this epidemic. I cannot stress enough that there are many dimensions of this virus yet to be fully investigated

    Liberty is always better than coercive authoritarian governments.

    What is coercive control?

    Coercive control is a form of psychological abuse whereby the perpetrator exerts power over a victim, often through intimidation or humiliation.

    'Coercive control is effectively controlling behaviour, either a one-off act or a pattern of acts, by an abuser which takes away another person's freedom and ability to have a positive sense of self and worth, 'This results in the victim feeling more dependent on the abuser, which then creates an ongoing cycle of controlling abuse.'

    In this way, coercive control creates an invisible chain which oppresses the victim, often resulting in deteriorating mental health.
