  3. Started having something sort of like a dream but different it felt conscious and I had senses right in the middle of this and it ended when he said regain consciousness.

  4. Was getting relaxed than started to think about my dog who passed away. We would play meditation music for her every night. I miss her so much.

  5. My mind is ridiculous, I thought about my ex with his new girlfriend, so I sent them away in a red balloon but halfway through it popped and their little figures fell on the floor and came running back to my brain ? My mind is boycottaging me, it won't let them go!

  7. This was very relaxing and helpful! My psychology professor played this before we took an exam and I felt more relaxed. I also wonder…what is the first song used? I may have missed it. I'd love to listen to the song itself as I write a story or draw a picture. Either way, great video!
