  3. I can meditate to calm myself, but if anything else triggers my anxiety I'm right back to rock bottom and I have to start again. How do I reduce the strength of the anxiety reactions? It's been 10 years

  6. I'm going to a singles party this friday and I'm kind of nervous and a bit anxious. I have a mild case of autism and I have mild social anxiety, not so severe, but I want to have a really good time at this place.
