  1. I'm on and off but I notice a significant difference in my outlook and overall well being when I'm meditating consistently. I am a worrier; it was a learned behavior from my family. I'm trying desperately to change but so difficult… Not saying impossible, just challenging. I'm an amazing person and so much more when I have that peace of mind meditation provides. I'm going to keep banging this tree until it finally falls!

  2. I have one issue. As more I meditate i am drifting away from material things. Working for money is becoming a non essential thing. How do i make my mind to balance the two life.

  3. Every single one of them is about achievements and bank balances. They think that is what meditation is all about.
    People have been practising meditation for thousands of years before and they have felt more than achievements and bank balances.
    Satan was an angel and he fell but he uses the same energy for his antics.
    Tom Bileyu you are a fool who wants to hear the financial , physical and performance benefits of meditation. You have no interest in the beyond.
    Not a mention of any of those monks all around the world who has been meditating for eons.

  5. What does determine whether you are able to meditate or not? How are the genes that enable one to be able to meditate expressed first off !! How can I will my will!!?

  6. Wow i should be seated on your stage. Great day i am called Jessica Renee' i had to create this breathing and mind state as well. And internal look at self. Im a mother of 8 and told i could have none. Diagnosed with cancer 8 yrs ago. And life changed . still im helping others. My eldest wanted to be a chemical engineer and will be 18 on 4/14/2020. I bring so mich to the table. I was kidnapped and held. I am a winner. I am a walking [god]dess

  10. Meditation has saved my life meditation brings so much value till this day. there's not one day that I don't meditate. I meditate daily for the past 3 years. My favorite practice are body scans mindfulness, Stillness, gratitude, love and forgiveness healing and letting go depending on my day I choose my friend. ✌???
