  1. I'm on and off but I notice a significant difference in my outlook and overall well being when I'm meditating consistently. I am a worrier; it was a learned behavior from my family. I'm trying desperately to change but so difficult… Not saying impossible, just challenging. I'm an amazing person and so much more when I have that peace of mind meditation provides. I'm going to keep banging this tree until it finally falls!
