  1. Really love listening to this meditation. Especially now with everything that is going on in the world. Definitely one of my favorite guided meditations

  2. I never tried meditation before I always been full of anxiety and I finally decided to see what the fuss was about I’m so glad I tried it I feel so relax and calm ☺️☺️

  3. This has been my favorite meditation so far. And I've tried hundreds. The visualization of the elevator and the library significantly allowed my mind to go deeper then any other meditation. Thank you so much!!!

  4. Thank you for the best guided meditation I've ever experienced.. I shared it on my FB page and with another friend..I plan to continue using this as a much needed resource to move out of the old and into a more actualized life.. I really appreciate your efforts.. Namaste

  6. Thank you for this. I am sharing it with my middle school students as some of them are in an uncertain state due to the virus. I have used this to help with my anxiety and stress of being rushed into online teaching. Thank you for helping me cope.

  7. When you were counting down, as soon as you got to one I felt very relaxed then all of a sudden I felt like I was being spun around really fast. I got afraid and opened my eyes. Has this ever happened to anyone?
