  1. I just did this and it felt wonderful 🙂 as if I wasn’t my body! When the meditation ended.. i could of sat in that stillness for ages and ages, it felt like i was observing my body from this higher place… i also have 0% anxiety 🙂

  2. I could not do it😔. After about 5-6 min, i started feeling pain in one leg and numbness in the palms. So i uncrossed one leg and closed my palms and then made them face downwards.
    Still i couldnot continue
    Despite the warning to not change position😔
    But for however long i did, it was very peaceful and calm

  3. I wasn't able to sit crossed leg for the full time. I laid down on my mat. I enjoyed it. I found myself saying I'm not this body, I'm not even the body.

  4. This was awesome , I have been doing this since 3 days . I start crying in stage 3 when Sadhguru starts singing. Is this normal . I tried this before as well but couldn't do everyday to complete the mandal. Focusing this time to complete the manadal

  5. While doing practice my breathing goes very slow, thus voice goes ahead.
    Should i start breathing fast or are there any other methods..
    Please help…

  7. dear sadguru its been more than two weeks that ive been practicing this meditatiion but yet my mind cant focus just on meditation it flies way what can i do to be focused

  8. Guruji, pranam.Guruji me har roz ye mediation karti hu din me 2bar but mediation karne ke bad sir thodi der tak bhari hota he eyes me thodi thodi nind hoti he aur aj mediation karne ke bad pet me thodi gudgudi si ho rahi ti. In sab ka reason muje samaj nahi a raha. Kya ap guide karenge?
